At Handbird.com our returns policy
covers:
~ Incorrect Orders
~ Transit Damage
~ Faulty Goods
In any of the above situations
we offer replacement of the product.
RETURNS PROCESS
The customer must email
Handbird.com within 7 days from date of delivery.
Customers will receive instructions for shipping the goods
back to Handbird.com at no extra charge.
NOTE:
There are no refunds if the buyer simply changes their
mind so please choose carefully before placing an order.
An "Incorrect Order" is where the goods supplied
do not match the customer's order.
TRANSIT DAMAGE
Customers are required to retain receipts and any evidence
of damage so that a claim can be made against the carrier.
